- A statutory tourist tax must be added to the rental prices. It applies to all persons aged 16 and over and currently costs €8.00 per person per stay (currently valid rate, subject to change).

- Pets allowed on request: €25 per week
- We expressly warn that Schuko plugs are not suitable for continuous use over several hours and can melt or even cause a house fire.
- Connecting an electric vehicle to a power outlet at the holiday property is PROHIBITED.
