We replace defective or old control systems on all types of hydraulic injection molding machines and presses.
We use Keba control systems and develop applications and user interfaces for all types. Our controls have already been used on hundreds of injection molding machines and presses of various brands and types and have been thoroughly tested in the automotive industry.
Before replacing a control system, we always work with our customers to find the most cost-effective solution. This is possible primarily because of our independence from machine manufacturers, which gives us sufficient flexibility and room for adjustments.
When replacing the control system, we naturally ensure that the CE certification is valid.

We adapt the application to customer requirements or implement a completely new application that meets all customer expectations.
The machine can also be purchased directly with the intention of implementing new applications. This can compensate for the main disadvantage of low-cost machines.
Such adapted machines can also be used for complex manufacturing in the automotive sector.
