Inner jacket - hot face: high-temperature quartz fiber (1000°C) this quartz fiber fabric is suitable for direct contact with all common heating tapes.

Outer jacket - cold face: Fiberglass fabric composed of Fiberlon and PTFE (300°C). The non-stick surface can be easily cleaned of dirt and plastic melt, especially after curing.

The insulation inside the jacket is made of 25mm thick ceramic fiber foam (1250°C). The ceramic fiber provides excellent thermal insulation with high reflectivity. This fiber is resistant to very high temperatures over long periods of time and is also very durable.

Hook and loop fastener: Made from special high-temperature stainless steel and Nomex. The Velcro strips allow for quick and easy installation and removal, as well as a long service life.

Modular or custom-made versions: Modular insulation jackets are typically installed on the heating cable to cover the electrical connection box if the box is small enough. If the connection box is too bulky, custom-made jackets are required, leaving the electrical connection box outside the jacket.
