Tool roller blind for injection molding machines

A common problem in plastics processing is rejects caused by contaminated products. These are often small parts that fall to the floor or onto oily machine parts after being ejected.

This can be remedied by a roller cover (tool partition), which is attached to the side of the machine's clamping plates or directly to the tool using magnets.

These high-quality roller covers are "Made in Germany" and are attached to the front and rear of your injection molding machine. They open and close with the mold. Your products are protected from contamination and fall directly onto the conveyor belt or into a collection container.
