Amboss+Langbein offers a variety of electric hopper loaders depending on the customer’s needs and production requirements. Diverse types and quantities of materials can be fed using the appropriate equipment type. Our versatile loaders can feed minimum, normal or large quantities, and can handle dust-containing materials.


At Amboss+Langbein, we offer minimum-quantity vacuum loaders (200 grams on a production machine) with transportation rates of up to 120 kg. Likewise Amboss+Langbein can guarantee conveyance for thermo and duroplastics of 30 metres horizontally and six metres vertically – in “silent” mode below 75 dB(A). 


All hopper loader systems are manufactured using V2A stainless steel. The high surface quality allows for quick and thorough cleaning. An optional foldable motor allows access for direct cleaning of the equipment.

Conveyors for free-flowing powders

Customized electric conveyors according to customer requirements


Amboss+Langbein offers various series of electric conveyors, depending on customer requirements and production needs. A wide variety of materials and quantities can be conveyed with the corresponding device types. The various conveyors can transport small, normal or large quantities and also convey dusty materials.


This makes it possible to achieve very small suction conveying volumes (200 grams on a production machine) of up to 120 kilograms per hour. A+L guarantees conveying distances for thermoplastics and thermosets of 30 meters horizontally and six meters vertically - in “whisper” mode below 75 dBA.


All conveyors are made of V2A stainless steel. The high surface quality allows quick and thorough cleaning. An optional, foldable motor allows cleaning directly at the production machine.
